This is a results-driven sales position focused on partner enrollment, program activation, and funded loan volume. The representative serves as the primary point of contact for prospective partners educating them on financing programs, overcoming objections, and converting outreach activity into closed enrollments. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured, phone-first sales environment with defined daily activity expectations and monthly performance targets.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Prospect and qualify contractor and dealer leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings. 2. Present and explain financing products, benefits, and platform tools to prospective partners. 3. Guide contractors through the onboarding process, including documentation, training, and activation. 4. Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of active partners to drive ongoing usage and loan volume. 5. Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for partner sign-ups, engagement, and funded loan volume. 6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operation teams to improve partner experience and retention. 7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). 8. Stay up to date with product features, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings. QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience. 2. 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience (B2B preferred). 3. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a phone-based or outbound sales environment. 4. Proven ability to close business over the phone with decision-makers. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills able to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and move prospects through a defined sales process. 6. Self-directed and accountable with the ability to manage an independent pipeline and prioritize effectively without close supervision. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and follow-up sequences simultaneously. 8. Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience selling financial products, SaaS platforms, and/or services to home improvement contractors. 2. Familiarity with the home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry. 3. Knowledge of consumer lending or home improvement financing programs. 4. Prior experience in an outbound phone sales role with defined enrollment, conversion, or revenue targets.
