Reporting to the Finance Manager – Operations, this Financial Analyst role will be responsible for providing support to the Santa Clara Operations and Facilities Organizations. This role is results-driven and provides business partner support to create transparency for key spending, milestones, and KPIs while enabling smooth integration into J&J systems and processes.Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Lead the process for accomplishing rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range forecasts for Santa Clara Operations and Facilities.</li><li>Provide support to senior business leaders with actuals, analyze variance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive forecast execution, accuracy, and actionable recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.</li><li>Effectively collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute initiatives.</li><li>Perform monthly and quarterly close responsibilities, including preparation of accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and audit support.</li><li>J&J Credo: Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or related business experience is required.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Proven ability to work independently while appropriately planning, prioritizing, and communicating progress on multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Familiarity with planning software such as Adaptive or Anaplan</li><li>Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements</li><li>Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal customers</li></ul>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
